Understanding the needs of women, Footprints Women’s Centre have a successful record of delivering training and education programmes to women from the Colin area in a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment.
They offer a range of courses from beginners to more advanced, in a variety of subjects including ICT, personal development and essential skills. Many of the courses are accredited and enable learners to gain recognised qualifications from CCEA, OCN, OCR, British Computer Society (BCS) and Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). All courses are delivered by experienced tutors in their field. With a number of dedicated training rooms and a fully equipped ICT suite with the latest PC’s and software Footprints provides quality training in an environment conducive to learning. Women can also avail of individual study support and on-site childcare.
All learners have an opportunity to discuss their learning and development needs, on a one to one basis, with experienced staff and to develop an Individual Learning Programme tailored to their specific needs. Women are encouraged to progress at their own pace with ongoing support and monitoring throughout.
Programme enrolment dates are Tuesday 1st & Wednesday 2nd September 2015, 9.30 am-12.00 pm
Limited childcare places are available for £2.00 per session, per child and are subject to availability.
